Title: Work Zone Traffic Control Guidelines
Abstract: This booklet provides interpretive guidance to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The traffic control devices and distances shown in this booklet reflect desired minimums for Washinton state routes. The traffic control guidelines provided are intended to reduce field personnel’s exposure to the hazards of traffic and offer road users consistent and positive guidance through work zone areas.
