Abstract: This book of standard specifications includes the following sections: General specifications, grade construction, surfacing, miscellaneous, materials, environmental, and signing and pavement markings. The section of signing and pavement markings covers typical drawings, temporary construction signing, removal and salvage of existing signs and guideposts, sequential arrowboards and variable message boards, flagpersons, detours, roadway maintenance and graveling, prolonged shut-down and monitoring traffic accommodation at the work zone.
