Practice Provision: Flagger certification and training
Description:
ND requires flagger training.
The contractor is responsible for training flaggers. The Department furnishes copies of the Flagger Handbook.The flagger will view a vidio tape and pass a written examination and the contractor aknowledges in writting that this has been done before the flagger is on the project.
