Abstract: A 27-year-old laborer, Manuel H.*, died when a pick-up truck hit him while he was picking up traffic cones on an interstate highway. Manuel was in a man-bucket attached to the rear of a traffic control truck. The pick-up truck knocked down over 300 feet of traffic cones before running into Manuel.
